Katherine Barrett

Kate graduated with her Masters in Environmental Science & Biology from The College at Brockport, State University of New York, in August 2015. While at Brockport, Kate worked for three summers on the “bug and water quality crew” for the EPA-funded Great Lakes Coastal Wetlands Monitoring Project. A relentless invertebrate lover, she is very excited to study the ecology of brine flies and their association with microbialites in the Great Salt Lake.
